Sales Manager B2B

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets. • Drive sales of wheat flour and related products across various market segments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. • Leverage an established customer network to generate new business opportunities. • Identify and develop new markets, customers, traders, and distribution channels. • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contracts with key accounts. • Manage sales pipelines, customer accounts, and sales forecasts. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives. • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or senior B2B sales role. • Direct experience in B2B sales within the wheat flour business is mandatory. • UAE market experience is a must. • Must have an extensive and established customer network in the UAE. • Strong existing relationships with: • Automatic and industrial bakeries. • In-store and European-standard bakeries. • Tandoor bakeries. • Catering companies and food industries. • Asian restaurants. • Traders and distributors. • Animal feed factories and animal feed traders. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business. • Strong knowledge of wheat flour products, flour milling operations, and market dynamics. • Experience in key account management, pricing negotiations, and distributor management. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills. • Strong leadership and team management capabilities. • Nationality: Open to all nationalities. • Location: Must be willing to work in Ajman, UAE.
