Regional Retail Manager

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute regional retail sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. • Manage relationships with all regional key retail chains and modern trade partners. • Negotiate annual agreements, promotions, pricing, and product listings. • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. • Lead and support sales teams to deliver business objectives. • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. • Report and co-ordinate activity with CEO. • Masters's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 7+ years of Similar or food industry sales experience. · Proven track record in managing hypermarket and supermarket accounts across multiple markets, with strong expertise in B2B sales and in-store bakery category development • Strong commercial negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills. • Willingness to travel across regional markets. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Packages (outlook, excel, PowerPoint, etc), CRM. • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
