1. Who we are
UnfairJobs ("UnfairJobs", "we", "us") operates unfairjobs.com, an AI-assisted job-search service for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the service does
UnfairJobs scans publicly available GCC job listings, builds a structured profile from the CV and information you provide, scores listings against that profile, and can generate tailored versions of your resume. We surface matches and help you organize applications. You always submit applications yourself — we never apply on your behalf.
3. No guarantee of employment
We do not guarantee that you will receive a job, an interview, or any specific outcome. No honest service can. UnfairJobs improves how you present yourself and saves you time; it does not control hiring decisions, and results vary by individual and market.
4. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the CV and information you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service (to build your profile, score matches, and generate tailored resumes). See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the service; attempt to access it by unauthorized means; scrape, copy, or resell the service or its data; upload content you do not have the right to use; or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Job listings
Listings are aggregated from third-party sources and link out to the original posting. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing. Verify details with the source before applying.
8. Premium and payments
Premium plans are subscriptions billed automatically on a recurring basis (currently monthly) to your payment method until you cancel — see unfairjobs.com/pricing for current plans and prices. By subscribing, you authorize UnfairJobs and our Merchant of Record, Polar, to charge that payment method each billing period. You can cancel at any time by emailing unfairjobshq@gmail.com from your account's email address; cancelling stops future charges, and you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. Some plans (for example, a limited early-access "Founder Pass") may be offered at a reduced price for a capped number of members, but remain recurring subscriptions unless the pricing page states otherwise. Payments are processed by Polar, which is the seller of record and will appear on your bank or card statement. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Service "as is"
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnfairJobs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes and termination
We may update the service or these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
