Job Title: Assistant Manager – HR Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 10,000–14,000 per month Experience: 5–8 Years UAE Experience Job Description We are seeking an experienced HR Professional for an Assistant Manager – HR position in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have solid UAE HR experience, strong HR operational knowledge and hands-on exposure to HRMS platforms. Salary: AED 10,000–15,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. Important: Candidates who do not meet the UAE experience, salary and education criteria are requested not to apply. Candidate Requirements: • 5–8 years of UAE-based HR experience • Minimum Master’s degree in HR • Experience working with any HRMS/HRIS platform • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Currently based in the UAE • Male candidates only
