HR & Admin Officer

Greetings ! Urgent opening with the Reputed Group hiring for its Pharma Vertical for the position of HR & Admin Officer - Dubai Qualification: Bachelors in human resources or business administration or related hand-on experience in HR. Experience: 6-10 years of relevant HR & Administration Minimum 2-3 years of UAE HR experience is a MUST Must have UAE Driving License Hands-on experience in UAE HR operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, visa/PRO coordination and administration is preferred. Only Male candidates preferred. Required Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management. • Working knowledge of UAE employment and labour regulations, including Free Zone requirements where applicable. • Good understanding of payroll, attendance, leave and employee records management. • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS and payroll systems. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and digital HR tools. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in payroll and employee records. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with a high degree of discretion. • Professional approach, integrity and strong work ethics. • Data-driven and process-oriented mindset. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines. • Strong coordination and follow-up skills. • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the HRBP and management.. • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural UAE environment.
