HR Officer

Our client is looking for a proactive and organised HR Officer to support day-to-day human resources operations and ensure the smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities • Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding and employee documentation. • Maintain employee records and update HR databases. • Support payroll preparation, leave management and attendance tracking. • Assist with UAE labour law compliance and HR policies. • Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR administration. • Coordinate performance reviews, employee engagement and HR reporting. Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage. • Professional fluency in English Notes The HR Officer will report into the HR Director. This is a generalist role. Tagalog skills is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. • 2 4 years of relevant HR experience in the UAE. • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures. • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
