Job Description: We are hiring an HR Specialist / HR Generalist for an IT company based in Dubai Investment Park (DIC), Dubai. Position Details: • Salary: Up to AED 8,000 per month • Working Days: Monday to Friday • Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM • Location: DIC, Dubai Key Requirements: • Hands-on experience in HR policies and day-to-day HR operations. • Strong knowledge of local labour laws, gratuity calculations, and end-of-service settlements. • A committed, reliable, and responsible professional.
