Senior CPaaS Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities - Win new enterprise and aggregator clients for CPaaS across the GCC and Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and wider MENA) - Sell A2P SMS, OTP / 2FA, WhatsApp Business API, Voice, SIP trunking and communication APIs - Target key verticals such as banking, fintech, e-commerce, government, telecom, travel and retail - Build relationships with local MNOs (e.g. Etisalat / e&, du, STC, Mobily, Zain, Ooredoo) and regional aggregators - Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitch, pricing, negotiation and closing - Grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell - Represent AcePeak at regional events such as GITEX and Capacity Middle East - Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets and report pipeline regularly Preferred candidate profile - 5 to 10 years of B2B sales experience in CPaaS, A2P SMS, Voice or telecom - Proven track record of closing enterprise CPaaS deals in the Gulf / Middle East - Strong network with enterprises, MNOs and aggregators in the GCC - Good understanding of SMS, WhatsApp, Voice and API-based communication products - Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; Arabic is a plus - Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working remotely - Graduate in any discipline
