Sales Manager

Project Sales: Identify tenders, secure project specifications, and close high-value supply contracts with contractors and developers. Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1/Tier-2 contractors, MEP firms, and design consultants. Commercials & Collections: Prepare quotations, negotiate contract terms and margins, and oversee timely payment collections. Market Tracking: Monitor project pipelines, competitor activity, and stock forecasting across the Northern Emirates. Experience: 4–5 years of proven B2B/project sales experience in the UAE construction and building materials market. Product Knowledge: Background in at least one category: building materials, automated doors, construction chemicals, flooring/tiles, ceramics, sanitary ware, or MEP products. Driver’s License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory Profile: A seasoned, mature sales professional with strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and an existing network of UAE contractors and consultants. Education & Languages: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business preferred); fluent English is mandatory
