Sales Manager

Identify and develop new business opportunities across Enterprise IT, Cloud, and Application domains. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT decision-makers. • Present ECS’s portfolio of services — including Oracle, Salesforce, Kyriba, Darwinbox, SAP, and Microsoft solutions. • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and coordinate pre-sales and solution demonstrations. • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. • Collaborate with internal delivery, pre-sales, and partner teams to ensure customer success. • Maintain accurate forecasts and sales pipeline data within CRM tools. • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. • 3 to 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT Solutions / ERP / Cloud / SaaS sales. • Strong exposure to enterprise and government clients in the UAE, Africa & KSA region. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or IT; MBA preferred.
