Lead from the floor, not the office Thrive when the restaurant is full and the pressure is on Build teams that deliver exceptional experiences, not just service Understand the balance between guest satisfaction and commercial success Know how to turn first-time diners into returning guests Set standards others naturally follow WHAT YOU BRING Proven experience leading restaurant operations in luxury hospitality Strong commercial acumen, from menu engineering to profitability A track record of building high-performing teams The confidence to make decisions, solve problems, and drive results A passion for food, beverage, people, and unforgettable guest experiences Experience within recognised restaurant concepts, luxury hotels, or destination dining venues WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel, resort, or internationally recognised restaurant concept Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, menu engineering, food cost control, and inventory management Experience leading and developing multicultural teams Proven success in driving promotions, new concepts, and business performance Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding Fluent English communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field HACCP Certified Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification WSET qualification preferred Leadership and Training certifications are advantageous
