Restaurant Manager

• 2–4 years of experience specifically as a Restaurant Manager • Strong experience in F&B / restaurant operations • Excellent FOH team management and leadership skills • Experience with staff scheduling, manpower planning and shift management • Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards • Understanding of P&L, sales, costs and basic financial controls • Strong guest-handling and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment • Good communication and team-management skills • Available to work in Dubai • At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced dining environment, demonstrating leadership capabilities. • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and increasing revenue, with a keen eye for detail. • Certification in food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
