Quantity Surveyor

Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates. Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS). Monitor project costs and identify cost variations. Prepare interim payment applications and subcontractor payment certificates. Evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial matters. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost estimation. Knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation. Experience in interim payment applications, subcontractor payments, and final accounts. Ability to prepare and evaluate variation quotations and subcontractor quotations. Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and cost control. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with AutoCAD and PlanSwift is an advantage.
