Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and project budgets. • Measure and value construction works, variations, and change orders. • Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports. • Evaluate contractor and subcontractor invoices, claims, and payment applications. • Assist in contract administration, tender evaluations, and procurement activities. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering initiatives. • Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, variations, and contractual correspondence. • Coordinate with Project Managers, Planning Engineers, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure commercial compliance. • Support claim preparation, negotiation, and final account settlements. • Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual obligations, and project specifications. • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. • 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Offshore, Onshore, or Industrial Construction projects. • Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, estimation, and quantity take-off. • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and quantity surveying software. • Good understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of contracts. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
