Quantity Surveyor – Design Hub

Job purpose : Manage quantity surveying, cost estimation and commercial documentation to support design development, procurement and project cost control. Key responsibilities • Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs and cost estimates. • Review drawings and specifications to identify scope gaps and variations. • Support tender pricing, material cost analysis and subcontractor comparisons. • Prepare interim payment applications and assess variations. • Coordinate with design, procurement, commercial and project teams. • Maintain quantity records, cost reports and commercial documentation. • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related discipline. • 5–8+ years of quantity surveying experience. • Strong BOQ preparation, measurement, estimation and variation assessment skills. • Proficiency in Excel and relevant quantity surveying software. • UAE/GCC QS experience.
