Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and material quantity take-offs. • Perform quantity calculations based on construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare interim payment applications, monthly valuations, and final accounts. • Evaluate subcontractor quotations, invoices, and payment claims. • Identify, measure, and assess variations and additional works. • Coordinate with project managers, planning engineers, site engineers, and procurement teams to control project costs. • Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, contractual correspondence, and commercial documentation. • Assist in preparing cost reports and forecasts to ensure effective budget management. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying for civil and infrastructure construction projects. • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and contract administration. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. • Knowledge of variations, interim payments, and final account preparation. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. • Oil & Gas or ADNOC project experience is an advantage.
