Public Relations Officer (PRO)

• Process and follow up on visa, labour, immigration, licensing, and other government-related applications and transactions. • Coordinate with UAE ministries, government departments, and relevant authorities. • Prepare, type, translate, and proofread Arabic correspondence, forms, and official documents. • Complete online submissions and maintain accurate records of applications and approvals. • Monitor document and permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewals. • Support the collection, renewal, and submission of company and employee documents. • Keep management informed about transaction progress, requirements, and regulatory updates. • Drive to government offices and other locations as required. • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company procedures. • Proven experience as a PRO, Arabic Typist, or in a similar role in the UAE. • Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. • Strong Arabic typing skills and good command of written Arabic; proficiency in English is required. • Familiarity with UAE government procedures, online portals, and relevant authorities. • Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
