PRO (Public Relations Officer)

The Role You will handle all government processes for our company and our clients, getting documents done accurately, on time and in line with UAE regulations. What you ll do • Process visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards and work permits, including new applications, renewals and cancellations • Handle trade licence applications, renewals and amendments with mainland and free zone authorities • Submit and follow up on applications with MoHRE, GDRFA/ICP, the Department of Economy and Tourism, and free zones • Arrange document attestation, translation and notarisation • Track expiry dates and renewals so nothing lapses • Keep clients and the team updated on progress and requirements • Experience with government portals and service centres (Tasheel, Amer, ICP smart services) • 2 to 3 years PRO experience in the UAE • A valid UAE driving licence and your own car • A strong working knowledge of UAE government departments and their processes, with established professional relationships through the proper channels • Up to date with changes to UAE labour, immigration and licensing rules • Proactive and resourceful: you get things done and find practical solutions when problems come up • Organised and reliable Nice to have • Experience at a business setup or corporate services firm
