PRO (UAEN)

Job overview- This role is reserved to UAE nationals. At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC. The PRO will be responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, registration, of employees, the company, liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies Main Accountabilities • Develop a comprehensive understanding of local government regulations, particularly those pertaining to licensing, visa issuance, and residence procedures. Ensure the timely acquisition of all necessary permits, licenses, and government approvals, adhering strictly to legal requirements and avoiding any penalties. • Process, record, and securely handle all government-related documents, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations. Handle online records and fulfil requirements mandated. • Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and documentation to the local government bodies, including but not limited to Trade License, labour permits, export license, economic license, foreign license, etc • Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Licenses renewal, miscellaneous jobs, and Business Licences to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices. • Help the team in administrative coordination. Knowledge & experience Number of years of Experience: 2-4 YEARS Certification: Education: Languages: English / Arabic Systems: Understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office Technical & Functional Skills • Strong background of the U.A.E. Labor law • Experience in similar position in Dubai • Administration skills • Good Oral & written English • Solid background on UAE Labor law most importantly on Immigration rules and regulation • Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government agencies. • Great organizational skills Other skills and competencies • High level of confidentiality, Ethics & Integrity • Critical thinking and autonomy General Obligations towards Health, Safety and Environment You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company. You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company. You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations. You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
