Typist/ PRO

• Carry out company transactions with all Government Departments, Federal, Local, and Diplomatic entities. • Process work permits and residence visas for employees with MOHRE, GDRFA, and relevant authorities across all Emirates. • Handle trade license renewals and the opening of new branches within the UAE. • Arrange Powers of Attorney and other documents required for official government transactions. • Represent the company before government departments as per the assigned Power of Attorney. • Carry out transactions with the Chamber of Commerce and other relevant authorities. • Process visa applications for overseas travel requirements of employees. • Coordinate with authorities to resolve and rectify rejected work permits or residence permits. • Ensure timely and efficient processing of documents across government departments. • Handle and coordinate employee-related disputes with MOHRE and other relevant authorities, where applicable. • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field. • Certification related to UAE government departments/functions is preferred. • Vocational certification in HRM or Public Relations is preferred. Experience & Skills • 7–10 years of relevant experience. • Budgeting and cost management skills. • Strong customer service orientation. • Public relations expertise. • Proficiency in computer applications and technology. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities. • High attention to detail.
