PRO - Public Relations Officer (Arabic Speaker)

• Carry out Asteco's transactions with all Government Departments, Federal, Local and Diplomatic entities. • Carry out all transactions related to work permits and residence visas for Asteco staff with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), and relevant authorities across Abu Dhabi and all other Emirates. • Carry out all transactions related to trade license renewals and the opening of new branches within the UAE. • Arrange Powers of Attorney and all other documents required to complete official transactions with government departments. • Represent Asteco before all government departments as per the assigned Power of Attorney. • Carry out transactions with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and other relevant authorities. • Process visa applications for overseas travel requirements of Asteco staff. • Coordinate with relevant authorities to resolve and rectify any rejected work permits or residence permits. • Ensure timely and efficient processing of documents across various government departments, minimizing delays and downtime. • Handle and coordinate employee-related disputes, where applicable, with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and other relevant authorities. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field. • Budgeting and cost management • Advanced Customer Service • Public Relations Skills • Computer and tech savvy. • Communication (both written and oral) & Interpersonal Skills • Teamworking skills • Attention to detail
