Procurement Executive

• Identify and develop manpower suppliers, subcontractors, and outsourcing agencies across the UAE. • Establish relationships with overseas recruitment agencies and manpower providers in international markets. • Source general helpers, construction labour, cleaning workers, factory helpers, warehouse workers, agricultural workers, and other manpower categories. • Obtain quotations and negotiate competitive manpower supply and recruitment rates. • Research new domestic and international manpower sourcing opportunities. • Coordinate manpower availability, candidate selection, documentation, and mobilisation. • Liaise with overseas recruitment partners regarding recruitment schedules, visa processing, and travel arrangements. • Maintain supplier databases, procurement records, and regular reports. • Verify supplier credentials and coordinate compliance with applicable UAE labour and recruitment regulations. • Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience are welcome. • Experience in manpower procurement, recruitment, labour supply, or outsourcing is an advantage, not mandatory. • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to identify and develop reliable manpower sourcing partners locally and internationally. • Willingness to conduct market research, supplier meetings, and follow-ups. • Basic proficiency in MS Office and Excel. • Knowledge of UAE manpower markets or overseas recruitment processes is an added advantage. • UAE driving licence preferred but not mandatory.
