Business Development Expert

• Generate bulk manpower requirements from overseas employers across construction, facilities management, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, oil and gas, and other relevant sectors. Leverage an established network of international employers, contractors, HR decisionmakers and recruitment agencies. ● Secure confirmed job demands, recruitment contracts, work orders and Purchase Orders (POs). ● Identify new markets, develop strategic partnerships and negotiate commercial terms. ● Monitor overseas manpower demand and upcoming projects to identify business opportunities. ● Coordinate with India-based teams to ensure timely fulfilment of confirmed recruitment requirements. ● Ensure employer credentials, job demands and recruitment arrangements are properly verified. Candidate Profile • Experience: Minimum 10 years in international manpower recruitment, overseas staffing, or international recruitment business development. • Industry Network: Strong, established connections with overseas employers, contractors, HR decision-makers, and recruitment agencies. • Market Knowledge: Proven exposure to the UAE, GCC countries, and other international markets. • Business Development: Demonstrated ability to generate bulk manpower requirements and secure confirmed recruitment orders, contracts, and Purchase Orders (POs). • Client Acquisition: Excellent networking, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills. • Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify new markets, develop strategic partnerships, and negotiate commercial terms. • Target-Oriented Approach: Proven ability to generate recruitment business, build employer accounts, and drive revenue. • Independent Working: Resourceful, commercially driven, and capable of independently developing new markets and converting opportunities into confirmed business.
