Manpower Agency Supervisor

About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Manpower Agency Supervisor to expand our manpower supply business by acquiring new clients, generating manpower requirements, closing business opportunities, and developing long-term client accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing new accounts to the agency, understanding client manpower requirements, negotiating commercial terms, securing manpower supply orders/contracts, and coordinating with the internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful fulfilment. Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach potential corporate clients requiring manpower supply, recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing services. • Develop new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with HR Managers, Procurement Teams, Operations Managers, Project Managers, and business owners. • Generate new manpower requirements and convert enquiries into confirmed business. • Visit prospective clients, understand their workforce requirements, and present suitable manpower solutions. • Obtain complete manpower requirements including job category, number of workers, qualifications, experience, salary/rates, duty location, working hours, accommodation, transportation, joining timeline, and other client requirements. • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, manpower supply offers, and commercial terms. • Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with clients within company-approved guidelines. • Close manpower requirements and secure confirmed orders/contracts for the agency. • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure candidates are sourced and submitted according to the client's requirements. • Follow up closely with clients until candidate approval, deployment, and successful closure of the manpower requirement. • Maintain and develop existing client accounts and identify additional manpower requirements. • Build a strong pipeline of new clients and future manpower requirements. • Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong professional relationships to generate repeat business. • Monitor pending requirements, quotations, candidate submissions, approvals, and deployments. • Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, Operations, PRO, and other departments for smooth manpower mobilization. • Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues. • Achieve agreed monthly manpower placement, account acquisition, and revenue targets. • Maintain accurate records of client meetings, leads, quotations, manpower requirements, contracts, and business closures. • Submit regular business development and account performance reports to management. Key Performance Indicators The selected candidate will be evaluated based on: • New Accounts Acquired | New Manpower Requirements Generated | Manpower Orders Closed | Revenue Generated | Client Retention | Repeat Business | Requirement Fulfilment | Monthly Business Development Targets Candidate Requirements • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in manpower supply, staffing, recruitment agency, labour supply, or related business development. • Proven experience in B2B client acquisition and manpower business development . • Demonstrated ability to generate manpower requirements and close manpower supply contracts/orders . • Strong existing UAE corporate/client network will be an advantage. • Experience dealing with construction, facilities management, engineering, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, or other manpower-intensive sectors is preferred. • Strong negotiation, sales, presentation, and closing skills. • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. • Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently. • Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously. • Good knowledge of the UAE manpower supply and staffing market. • UAE Driving License is preferred/required. • Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
