Business Development Manager

• Identify and develop B2B opportunities across international trade, marine, oil & gas and related industrial sectors. • Build relationships with clients, suppliers, EPC contractors, shipowners, shipyards and other commercial partners. • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, tenders and contracts, and follow opportunities through to order and payment. • Conduct market research and maintain an active sales pipeline. • Support the General Manager with business planning, management reports, meetings, internal coordination and daily operational follow-up. • Assist with supplier development, international trade documentation and commercial negotiations. • Minimum five years of relevant UAE experience in international trade, marine, oil & gas, industrial sales or related sectors. • Proven B2B business-development and client-management experience. • Strong UAE business network and understanding of local commercial practices. • Excellent English communication, negotiation and reporting skills. • Experience developing the UAE market or working with clients is an advantage. • Hindi or another relevant business language is an advantage where required for customer communication. • Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or within 20 days. • UAE driving licence is preferred.
