Business Development Manager

• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research and analysis to drive company growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. • Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with company objectives and maximize profitability. • Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the company and its clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction. • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes. • The position offers a monthly salary of AED 4,000 plus performance-based incentives, with business travel expenses covered by the company. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight. • Fluency in English ,Arabic and French is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for international engagement. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and persuade stakeholders. • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being comfortable with independent decision-making. • Must be willing and available to travel internationally for approximately 20–22 days per month •
