Officer Sourcing

• source and identify suitable CVs for assigned vacancies using recruitment portals, databases, professional networks, and sourcing tools. Actively headhunt candidates for specialized, technical, and hard-to-fill positions. Use Boolean search, keywords, job titles, skills, and market intelligence to locate suitable candidates across multiple channels. Identify and engage passive candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities but match the requirements. Conduct competitor and company mapping to identify and directly approach talent from relevant organizations. Review and screen CVs against job requirements and provide well-matched shortlisted profiles to the Talent Acquisition team. Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases for critical and recurring hiring needs. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement roles. • Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex contracts and achieving cost savings. • Strong understanding of procurement best practices, market analysis, and supplier relationship management.
