Recruitment Officer – Blue Collar (Construction & Contracting)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar and site-based positions. • Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, social media, and manpower suppliers. • Recruit skilled and unskilled workers, including: • Masons • Carpenters • Steel Fixers • Electricians • Plumbers • HVAC Technicians • Welders • Helpers/Laborers • Drivers • Equipment Operators • Site Supervisors • Conduct CV screening, telephone interviews, and initial candidate assessments. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Verify candidate qualifications, experience, and employment documents. • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate databases. • Handle offer preparation, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination. • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa requirements, and recruitment procedures. • Coordinate with PRO, HR, and project teams regarding manpower requirements and mobilization schedules. • Monitor recruitment progress and maintain recruitment KPIs. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future manpower requirements. • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE , preferably within the construction or contracting industry . • Proven experience in bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment . • Strong knowledge of UAE labor market practices and recruitment documentation. • Experience using job portals such as Naukrigulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, GulfTalent, and company databases . • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications • Experience recruiting for large construction projects. • Familiarity with overseas recruitment and manpower mobilization. • Knowledge of UAE employment visa and onboarding procedures.
