HR Specialist – Blue-Collar Recruitment

• Coordinate with Operations to confirm vacancies, job requirements and joining deadlines. • Source candidates through local and overseas recruitment agencies, referrals and direct recruitment. • Screen candidates and arrange interviews, trade tests and selection assessments. • Coordinate employment offers, recruitment documents and visa processing with the PRO. • Arrange employee mobilization, onboarding and deployment with the relevant teams. • Maintain the recruitment tracker and report hiring progress, shortages and agency performance. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. • Minimum 3 years of blue-collar recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE catering, facilities management or manpower sectors. • Strong agency coordination, communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Excel and recruitment tracking.
