• Craft exceptional dough from scratch, ensuring the right balance of texture and flavor for every pizza. • Expertly prepare and assemble fresh and high-quality toppings, maintaining consistency and presentation standards. • Operate and maintain pizza ovens, monitoring temperature and cooking time to achieve the perfect bake. • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines meticulously to ensure a clean and safe working environment. • High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for culinary arts and pizza-making. • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a pizza establishment. • Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is highly preferred for ensuring health compliance. • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands. • Needs to possess own Visa • Needs to speak and read english
