Operations Executive (Services)

About the role Own the end-to-end processing of Golden Visa applications, from medical scheduling through to visa issuance, alongside the vendors and agencies the process depends on. This is a high-volume, detail-critical role involving client personal data, government applications and vendor payments, where accuracy at first pass matters more than speed. Responsibilities • Process Golden Visa applications end to end, coordinating medical appointments and visa progression with external agencies • Track client documents sent to and returned from vendors, chasing any case that passes its expected return date and escalating delays before they reach the client • Validate vendor/agent/broker invoices, process vendor payouts and referrer commissions through to confirmed payment • Maintain accurate case records in Salesforce and operational trackers at all times • Produce the conversion report and lot allocations accurately and to schedule • Complete month end closure activities for the BU • Support ancillary services including attestation, POA, valuation and Will Services filings Requirements • 3+ years in operations, visa services, document processing or a comparable process-driven role • Experience with UAE government portals and processes (GDRFA, DLD, ADJD or similar) preferred • Experience managing external vendors • Salesforce or comparable CRM experience • Strong Advanced Excel skills • Discretion handling confidential client information Apply for this job • 3+ years in operations, visa services, document processing or a comparable process-driven role • Experience with UAE government portals and processes (GDRFA, DLD, ADJD or similar) preferred • Experience managing external vendors • Salesforce or comparable CRM experience • Strong Advanced Excel skills • Discretion handling confidential client information
