Senior Visa Processing Specialist

• Manage and process UK, European, and Schengen visa applications. • Review and assess clients' documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy requirements. • Prepare and submit visa application forms and supporting documentation. • Provide clients with professional guidance regarding visa eligibility, requirements, and procedures. • Prepare and review cover letters, travel itineraries, financial documents, and other supporting documents. • Handle visa applications from initial consultation until submission and final decision. • Follow up on pending applications and keep clients updated on their application status. • Stay informed about changes in immigration rules, visa policies, and embassy procedures. • Maintain proper records and ensure timely processing of all assigned cases. • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Visa Officer, Visa Consultant, or Case Officer. • Good knowledge of UK visitor visa procedures and Schengen visa requirements. • Experience preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications independently. • Strong understanding of visa documentation and application procedures. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to manage multiple visa cases simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
