Visa Sales Consultant

About the Role Every day, people reach out to us because they want to travel, study, do business or reunite with family abroad. As our Global Visa Sales Consultant, you’ll be the trusted voice that guides them from “Can I get a visa?” to “My visa is approved!” You’ll advise clients by phone and online, match them with the right visa solution, and close sales across a wide range of destinations. What You’ll Do • Respond to visa inquiries by phone, email and online channels, and turn them into confirmed applications • Promote and sell visa services for multiple countries, including tourist, business and visit visas • Review each client’s profile and recommend the best-fit visa option • Explain requirements, documents, processing times and fees clearly and confidently • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets • Work closely with our documentation and operations teams to keep every application moving smoothly • Keep clients informed with timely status updates and follow-ups • Maintain accurate client records, lead tracking and sales reports What You Bring • Proven experience in visa sales • Working knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations such as Schengen, UK, USA, Canada and Australia • Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills • A target-driven mindset and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment • Confidence handling clients by phone and across digital channels • CRM and MS Office skills (preferred) • Additional languages (a definite plus) What’s In It for You • Competitive base salary plus attractive, uncapped-style commission (confirm before posting if applicable) • Real career growth with opportunities to advance within the company • A supportive, professional team that values your success • Broad exposure to a wide portfolio of global visa products, so you keep learning and growing Ready to Join Us?
