Human Resource - HR

Job Responsibilities • Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation. • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and visa-related coordination. • Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies. • Manage GPSSA registration, contributions, and related employee documentation. • Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding employee-related matters. • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases. • Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and employee relations. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of UAE HR experience. • Good knowledge of GPSSA procedures, registration, and contributions. • Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR operations. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle HR matters professionally.
