HR Operations Trainee

Responsibilities • Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures. • Support the HR team in daily operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee queries. • Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations. • Participate in HR projects as assigned. • Gain exposure to various HR functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR field.
