HR Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for an HR Specialist through the Tamheer Program to support employee onboarding, hiring documentation, and daily HR activities. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Employee Documentation • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees. • Collect and review hiring documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and valid. • Follow up with new employees to obtain missing or updated documents. • Coordinate with the IT team to ensure laptops and other required assets are prepared and handed over to new employees. • Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files and records. HR Operations Support • Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks. • Support employee records management and HR documentation. • Assist with other HR activities as needed. Talent Acquisition Support • Assist with candidate screening, and interview coordination. • Support recruitment activities and follow up with candidates when needed. Program Details • Program: Tamheer (On-the-Job Training) • Department: Human Resources • Saudi national. • Eligible for the Tamheer Program. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
