HR Business Partner

• Manage daily employee attendance, leave, overtime, and absenteeism records. • Coordinate recruitment, interviews, selection, and employee onboarding. • Verify payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing. • Maintain plant HR operations and employee records. • Monitor employee discipline and ensure compliance with company policies. • Manage contractor manpower, attendance, and documentation. • Verify contractor bills against attendance, manpower deployment, and agreed rates. • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR procedures. • Prepare and submit regular HR, attendance, manpower, and contractor reports. • Coordinate with department heads, Finance, and contractors, reporting directly to the HR & Administration Manager. • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred). • 3+ years of HR and Admin experience. • Knowledge in HR functions, labor laws, and statutory compliance. • Familiarity with factory operations and ERP systems. • Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Only Saudi Nationality
