Key Responsibilities for HR Trainee Tamheer Programme • Support the HR team in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience. • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records , data entry in HR systems, and file management in line with data protection policies. • Participate in employee engagement , wellbeing initiatives , and internal communications. • Help prepare HR-related documentation, including contracts, reference letters, and training materials , under the supervision of experienced HR professionals. • Respond professionally and confidentially to HR queries from employees and managers. • Assist in coordinating learning and development sessions, monitoring attendance, and gathering feedback. • Collaborate with team members on HR projects related to policy development, diversity, and inclusion . • Provide support in basic payroll queries , benefits administration, and general HR duties as required. • Attend HR meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. • Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture that aligns with company values and Saudi labour law .
