FMCG DISTRIBUTION SALES MANAGER

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales budgets, revenue growth, and profitability targets. • Manage sales across modern trade, traditional trade, groceries, baqalas, discount shops, and wholesale channels. • Acquire new accounts, expand distribution, and strengthen relationships with key customers. • Analyze market potential, customer demand, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. • Build, lead, and develop the sales team, establishing clear KPIs and monitoring individual performance. • Manage pricing, gross margins, sales forecasts, and promotional activities to maximize profitability. • Drive customer collections, control overdue receivables, and maintain healthy cash flow. • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports covering sales performance, budget achievement, profitability, new accounts, collections, and team KPIs. • Minimum 5–8 years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE, preferably in distribution. • Strong experience across multiple sales channels and an established understanding of the UAE market. • Proven track record in sales growth, budget management, profitability, customer acquisition, and collections. • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales team and implement performance KPIs. • Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
