Sales Development Manager

Your role at Clorox: The Sales Development Manager drives sales growth across assigned territories by developing commercial plans, managing distributor performance, and building strong customer relationships. This Dubai-based role partners with distributors and cross-functional teams to achieve financial, brand, and market execution objectives. In this role, you will: • Develop and execute sales plans for assigned territories. • Manage distributor performance against financial and commercial targets. • Build coverage strategies and translate brand priorities into channel plans. • Monitor KPIs, forecasts, trade investments, and sales performance. • Develop joint business plans with distributors and key customers. • Lead category, innovation, distribution, and promotional initiatives. • Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational and capability gaps. • Manage orders, payments, deductions, and inventory-related matters. • Bachelor s degree preferred. • 7 to 10 years of sales experience, including at least 7 years managing sales through distributors. • Proven experience developing sales plans and customer relationships. • Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills. • Results-oriented approach with strong KPI management capabilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred. • Fluent English required; Arabic preferred. • Availability to travel approximately one week per month. • FMCG or center-store category experience preferred.
