E-com & Operations Assistant

• Execute daily e-commerce order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations. • Manage inventory levels across all sales channels, conducting regular cycle counts and flagging discrepancies. • Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently, maintaining clear communication and a positive customer experience. • Assist in website content updates, including product descriptions, images, and promotional banners to drive sales. • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally. • Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and track shipments, proactively addressing any delivery delays. • Support the creation of operational reports, analyzing key metrics like sales, inventory, and fulfillment times. • Maintain accurate product data in the e-commerce platform and inventory management system. • Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency. • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and inventory management software. • Strong understanding of online order fulfillment and shipping procedures. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction and internal coordination. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting. • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple tasks. • A proactive and problem-solving mindset to overcome operational challenges. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for reporting and data entry. • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
