E-commerce Operations Specialist

• Manage daily e-commerce operations and online orders. • Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory information. • Monitor orders and coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners. • Track product availability and identify stock-related issues. • Respond to customer inquiries and assist with resolving order issues. • Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams on promotions and product campaigns. • Monitor sales performance and prepare basic operational reports. • Research market trends, competitors, and new product opportunities. • Help improve internal processes and customer experience. • Maintain accurate records of orders, products, and operational activities. • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, operations, or a similar position. • Good understanding of online retail and e-commerce platforms. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Previous experience in the Bahrain or GCC market is an advantage. • Candidates must have valid authorization to work in Bahrain.
