E- commerce Executive

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across online marketplaces and websites. • Create and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords. • Monitor inventory, orders, deliveries, returns, and customer queries. • Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and sales campaigns. • Track product-wise sales, revenue, conversion rates, and campaign performance. • Identify underperforming products and implement strategies to improve sales. • Coordinate with marketing teams to improve product visibility and online traffic. • Ensure accurate stock updates, competitive pricing, and marketplace compliance. • Prepare weekly performance reports highlighting missed targets, challenges, and sales forecasts. • Attend every Wednesday’s in-office review meeting and follow through on agreed action plans. • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations. • Hands-on experience with Amazon, Noon, Shopify, or similar platforms. • Strong knowledge of product listing optimization, inventory, and sales analytics. • Proficiency in MS Excel and performance reporting. • Ability to meet sales targets and drive continuous improvement. • Cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG experience is an advantage. • UAE-based candidates preferred.
