E-Commerce Coordinator

• Manage products on online platforms and websites. • Upload and update product names, prices, images, and descriptions. • Monitor online orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for order processing. • Check product availability and update stock information. • Monitor online sales and product performance. • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure orders are delivered on time. • Handle customer queries related to online orders and products. • Support online promotions and offers. • Prepare basic daily/weekly e-commerce reports. • Ensure all product information is accurate and updated. • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online. • Good knowledge of MS Excel. • Experience with e-commerce platforms is an advantage. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
