Business Development Executive (Food ingredients/Bakery/HoReCa)

Our client, a leading and highly reputed name in bakery ingredients and products, operating since 30+ years across 10 countries, are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand sales, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships within the bakery, foodservice, HORECA, and food manufacturing sectors across the UAE. Location: Dubai, UAE Reports To: Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities • Achieve Sales and company KPIs and business objectives. • Identify and acquire new customers while growing existing accounts. • Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations. • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries and close sales opportunities. • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. • Ensure Open and accurate daily reporting to Line manager on daily activities and market intelligence. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. • Follow up on collections and maintain healthy customer accounts. • Update sales activities and customer information in the company CRM/ERP system.
