Assistant Recruitment Manager

• Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Source and attract top-tier talent through innovative and data-driven recruitment strategies, leveraging multiple channels. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles, proactively identifying future hiring needs. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • Professional certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIR) is highly desirable. • Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced industry. • Demonstrated experience in sourcing passive candidates using advanced search techniques and social media platforms.
