Urgent Open position for Recruiter/ Sr Recruiter

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networking events, to build robust talent pipelines. • Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations, ensuring a high-quality candidate pool for hiring managers. • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, providing a seamless and positive candidate experience. • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives to deliver targeted recruitment strategies. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the Oil and Gas sector. • Proven expertise in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS platforms. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
