Accounts & Sales Coordinator

• Assist the Sales Manager and sales team with daily sales support requirements. • Prepare customer statements of account / outstanding statements . • Prepare quotations, pro forma invoices, credit notes, invoices , and other sales-related documents. • Provide approved pricing and product information to the sales team. • Maintain customer accounts and accounting records in Tally Prime . • Prepare and update weekly and monthly sales reports for individual salesmen . • Support salesmen with customer documentation, account information, payment details, quotations, and follow-ups. • Coordinate with customers regarding account statements, outstanding balances, credit notes, invoices, and documentation when required. • Perform basic accounting and reconciliation work. • Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales and accounting records. • Carry out general back-office administrative work . • Assist management with reports and other office-related tasks as required. • Female candidates preferred. • Must currently be based in the UAE. • Must be on spouse visa / family visa / self-sponsored visa with valid work eligibility. • Previous UAE experience in accounts, sales coordination, back-office, or similar role preferred. • Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime is mandatory . • Good understanding of accounting, customer ledgers, outstanding statements, credit notes, invoicing, and reconciliations. • Experience preparing quotations, pro forma invoices, sales reports, and customer statements. • Tally certification or accounting-related qualification preferred. • Good knowledge of MS Excel. • Good written and spoken English. • Organized, accurate, and comfortable handling multiple salespeople and customer requirements.
