Office Coordinator – Accounting & Administration Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a professional and organized Female Office Coordinator with an accounting background to manage daily office operations, invoicing, and customer follow-ups. Key Responsibilities • Prepare invoices, quotations, and other sales documents. • Handle customer follow-ups, payment reminders, and outstanding accounts. • Assist with daily accounting, data entry, and record keeping. • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. • Manage general office administration and documentation. Requirements • Previous experience in office coordination, administration, or accounting. • Knowledge of invoicing, accounts receivable, and customer follow-up. • Good communication, organizational, and computer skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software. • Experience in the building materials industry is an added advantage . • Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and preferably from the Philippines
