Sales Coordinator

• Prepare quotations and coordinate sales enquiries • Follow up with clients on quotations, orders and deliveries • Manage key accounts and maintain regular client communication • Coordinate with the sales team, suppliers and internal departments • Maintain sales records and prepare reports using MS Office • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word • Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Fluent in English (Arabic and Hindi are advantage) • UAE-based candidates preferred, with immediate or short notice • Experience in industrial, machinery or trading companies is an advantage
